Congratulations!

Congratulations are certainly in order as we celebrate the news that Global Leadership Team Area Leader, PDG Paula Lang has received her Lions Certified Instructor Certificate and pin.

Paula is the first Lion in MD 410, South Africa, Lesotho, Swaziland and Namibia to have achieved this after she was selected to be one of the twenty delegates to participate in the first ever Lions Certified Instructor course in Chicago.

Congratulations Paula!

So what is the Global Action Team (GAT) all about?

Watch this short video which explains the implementation of GAT and how we all work together. It won’t take up too much of your time but explains the process, is without narration and is powerful in its own right!

The three colours used reflect the three components of GAT:

Blue: Leadership (GLT)

Yellow: Membership (GMT)

Red: Service (GST)

In the video these colours are regularly blended together to illustrate the inter-connectivity between the three roles.
