U is baie welkom om ‘n inligtingsvergadering op 18 September by te woon. Hier kan u meer leer oor Lions se doelwitte en werksaamhede.

The New Piketberg Lions Club is seeking men and women to join them in making a difference in the community. The club is hosting an information session for people who want to learn more about the club and its work. We invite you to join us.

Project Ekhaya: Educare center for 60 underprivileged children

Another community service project by the Table View Lions in building and setting up Ekhaya Kidz Educare Center in the informal settlement of Dunoon in Cape Town. A learning centre for about 60 underprivileged children.[ Watch the video ]

Another community service project by the Table View Lions in building and setting up Ekhaya Kidz Educare Center in the informal settlement of Dunoon in Cape Town. A learning centre for about 60 underprivileged children.

This video shows the process, progress and gives credit to the donors and everyone involved in bringing smiles to these underprivileged children, and the uplifting a section of this informal community of Dunoon.

Lions sell soup raising funds for charity

On Saturday, 31st August 2013, Table View Lions Club sold cups of soup @ R10 each to raise funds for Peninsula School Feeding Association. They were positioned at the exit/entrance of the new Food Lovers Market store, Emporium in Sunningdale from 9am to 2pm.

It was a great PR exercise as membership brochures and LCI videos were displayed for the public to peruse. The community were generous in their monetary donations and over 150 cups were sold.  The balance of the soup was donated to TLC for their Street Children.
